The Mike Ferry Organization (MFO) has been hosting Action Workshops since 1980, with events held across the United States. These Workshops offer a deep dive into the MFO Sales System, providing attendees with the tools and techniques they need to succeed as agents.

During the four half-day sessions of the Workshop, attendees will learn a range of topics, including lead generation, time management, and negotiation skills. The Workshops also include hands-on assignments that allow attendees to put their new skills into practice and generate real business for themselves.

One of the unique aspects of the MFO Action Workshops is that attendees often generate qualified listing appointments while participating in the Workshop, allowing them to earn money while they learn. The Workshops also offer attendees the opportunity to learn from experienced Real Estate professionals, receive personalized coaching and feedback and connect with other attendees who are also seeking to grow their businesses.

  1. Leads – Expired’s, FSBO … Etc. *For the out-of-town agents
  2. Laptop – for the homework portion (not required but helpful)
  3. Extra Pens – For note-taking
