Welcome to “Advanced Scripts & Skills” structured learning system, specifically designed for seasoned Real Estate agents to help elevate their expertise within the Mike Ferry Sales System. With a keen focus on advancing your skills beyond the original scripts, this comprehensive 16-week course is dedicated to equipping you with the tools and knowledge that will help you excel when the script runs out—the very area many agents struggle with the most.

Under the expert guidance of long-time Mike Ferry coach Ann Baker, each weekly Zoom call will provide invaluable insights and practical training tailored to your needs.

There will be a dedicated focus on understanding and leveraging different personality styles. Additionally, we will explore a wide range of questions that go beyond the scripts, empowering you to engage with clients on a deeper level and master the ability to navigate back to the script.

To further enhance your skills, we will spend time writing and compiling an abundance of objection handlers, which will then be distributed back to the group.

One of the key highlights of this learning system is the opportunity to develop systems for each prospecting group. By understanding the dynamics of different prospecting channels, you’ll be able to optimize your efforts and achieve greater success in generating leads and closing deals.

Investment: $495.00 (USD) per month for a 4-month commitment. Each call is 40 minutes once a week for 16 weeks.
