Payment must be received at least 7 business days prior to event.
No refunds or transfers once agreement is signed.
MFO is not responsible for your travel and hotel accommodations.
Two complimentary tickets will be provided for your staff. Staff members planning to attend must register with MFO and will be required to sit at your assigned tables in the back of the room at all times.
Set up will be done 7:00am Day 1.
MFO is not responsible for any lost or stolen.
All materials shipped to the hotel will incur hotel handling fees which will be at your own expense.
Any electrical needs will need to be arranged directly through the hotel at your expense.
Because your company ad will be in the event workbook, please do not place advertising on chairs.
Each event will have no more than two sponsors.
Any and all banners will need to stay behind your table or outside in the foyer.
Audio/Video recording will NOT be permitted at anytime.
Conference chairs set up will be at MFO’s discretion.
Professional attire will be required.
