The Handling Objections Class will teach an agent an effective approach to overcoming and handling objections. The confidence an agent has when they know what to say is a major part of being a great salesperson. Some agents spend their entire career struggling with objections, fearing them and the result is they find themselves involved in the passive activities that don’t bring objections, rejection or a lot of business.
The focus will be on what to say and how to respond. Role-play and practice are a big part of the class as well as learning canned responses and different techniques that will keep the conversation moving forward.
