Mindset - Do you ever have sleepless nights from worrying about your business? On a scale from 1-10, how often does lack of a strong mindset keep you from accomplishing your goals?

Time Management - Do you find yourself working "all the time" and still never accomplishing anything? Do you ever feel like you don't have enough time to do all the things that you need to do? Does your family complain that you are not around during evenings or weekends?

Prospecting - Are you tired of "waiting" for business? Would you like more control over your income? Does the feeling that you are "bothering people" keep you from making the calls you need to grow your business?

Lead Follow Up - Mike teaches us if we are not getting a substantial amount of our business from lead follow-up, then we are not doing a good job on lead follow-up. How much money has gone to your competition because you have not followed up on your leads?

Pre-Qualifying - Have you gotten to an appointment and asked yourself, "What am I doing here?" because the seller was not motivated? Have you ever arrived at an appointment unprepared for the objections that the seller gave you and your competition got the listing?

Listing Presentation - Do you have a presentation? For every 10 appointments you go on, are you taking at least 7 of those listings? If not, would you like to learn a process that will help you to do that?

Pricing Property - Do you have listings that are not selling? Are you uncomfortable speaking to sellers about price reductions? How much does it cost you to take listings that don't sell?

Working with Buyers - Have you ever spent endless time with a buyer and they still didn't buy? If there were a buyer process where you could learn to get a buyer under contract in no more than 3 appointments and 9 homes shown, would you want to learn more about that?

Negotiating - Have you ever had a seller or buyer that simply wouldn't negotiate? Have you experienced working with another agent that seemed like they were trying to control or sabotage the deal? Do you know the right questions to ask a buyer or seller to keep a negotiation moving smoothly to closing?

Tracking your Numbers - Do you know how many contacts it would take you to set an appointment? Take a listing? Get a paycheck? Would you like to know?
