How to Show and Close Buyers

The How to Show and Close Buyers Program will train any agent to not only sell more buyers, but to do so much more quickly and efficient.  The program will address all of the challenges that the current market is presenting and provide solutions to overcome those challenges, such as:

  • Properly qualifying and consulting with each buyer to be sure you are only working with those who will actually buy and will do so in a reasonable amount of time
  • Educating buyers and overcoming their objections to close them faster
  • Where to find great buyers and how to convert more of them to actual appointments
  • Understanding new scripts and dialogues designed for the current market

What Is Included In The How to Show and Close Buyers Program?

You will receive 24 weeks of training, which is two (2) one (1) hour over the phone training sessions per month.  These sessions are jam packed with information, scripts and dialogues, so you will want to tape it and listen to it over and over again!  If you tape the program you will end the course with 12 hours of great topics you can refer back to time and time again.

You will also receive a detailed Script and Resources workbook with many tools to make your job easier … including a buyer plan of action, which makes it easy to convince buyers that they need to work with you.  Additionally, you will get access to your Coach, via e-mail, five (5) days a week to address your personal questions and buyer challenges.

At a cost of only $199.00 per month or $1,000 for the twenty-four (24) week period (when you pay in full), it’s really less than a fraction of one commission check, so you can’t afford not to do it!
